Transparent Fill After Effects

After

An After Effects extension to export Lottie animations. Animations are exported by default as.json files that use the lottie.js player that comes along with the plugin. Firstly to create a Transparent Background on your After Effects project or any video you require an alpha channel. An alpha channel can be defined as a colored image with three standard channels red, green, blue, and the fourth channel is the alpha which permits you to manage the transparency or opacity. Go to the Effects tab and add a Track Matte Key to the video clip on V2. Change the Track Matte Key matte to Video 3. Open the Effects Controls and change the matte under Track Matte Key from None to Video 3. Hide or delete the background video clip on V1. Your text may seem to disappear, but that’s okay.

Transparency can be used for any symbolization type, but it is especially useful for drawing raster layers with other layers on your map. Adding transparency to the top layers allows you to see them while still viewing underlying layers.
